- Pick the Spiral you want - either plain or decorative model or model
UBC
- Choose the direction - either clockwise or counter clockwise
- For the height - measure from the bottom floor to the finish of the
top floor
- Carpet is easily attached with contact cement - wrap carpet around the
edge of the step
- The 4'4" Spiral will wind through a 30" doorway - the
5'4" will wind through a 36" doorway
- Installation time - about 15 minutes (just level post and put in 5
bolts)
- No assembly drawing are needed
- Stairway is complete in one unit
- Stairway is welded together in one unit using only steel for
durability and strength - no plastic
- When used indoors only 2 or 3 floor joists need to be cut and removed
and no additional bracing of floor is needed (the stairway will support the upper floor)
- Building codes vary in different areas so if you have questions check
with your local building inspector
- The selection of spiral stairs and their compliance with building
codes, ordinances, etc., is the responsibility of the buyer or the buyers home
